Describe
Give a clear, straightforward description that includes all the main points and link these together logically.
Define
Clearly explain what a particular term means and give an example, if appropriate, to show what you mean.
Explain ... how/why
Set out in detail the meaning of something, with reasons. It is often helpful to give an example of what you mean. Start with the topic then give the 'how' or 'why'.

1. Finish your list of the most common causes of dementia - the information will be used to create a poster. You can use PowerPoint, Word, Publisher or freehand to create this but the information needs to be up to Level 2 standard.
2. Finish describing the signs and symptoms of the most common forms of dementia - this information can be added to your poster but can be a Word document (writing).
3. Research the risk factors for the most common causes of dementia and see what statistics you can find about different types of dementia.
